What's the easiest way to check if new things are in support library?

What's the easiest way to check if new things are in support library?

Who knows how to quickly check if new things are in support library? I'm
interested in ViewOverlays in particular. Looking at its API I don't see
any mentions about class availability in support lib, so is it the only
way to check it is to go to support lib api and go through it?
